Recently brought my acura in for service and West John Auto did a stellar job. They did the service and diagnosed other unrelated issues and provided suggestions on necessary repairs. Car drives smooth and all issues I had previously were taken cared of. Hugo and Miguel are great and they genuinely care about their work and the safety of the driving experience. I recommend them to all friends and family now. Thanks so much!
Have been coming for several years for annual maintenance and auto repairs for my 2003 Toyota Highlander. The quality of work is great. Mostly, Hugo is honest and fair with his pricing and recommendations. For example, I had another family vehicle where another shop said the brake pads needed to be replaced. After asking Hugo for a second option, he said it was not necessary but check back in a few months.
After going to several mechanics, I reach out to Nick at West John Auto about the issue on my Mercedes Benz. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a day. Now my family and I only go to Nick at West John Auto for our automotive needs!! Truly great customer service!
