My car was damaged by unsecured debris that fell out of the back of a pick up truck on the highway. I brought it to Ernies auto body (the shop both my family and I have been using since I was a kid) and I couldn't be happier worth the results. The damage was to the front end on the passenger side. When I got the car back (which is now 16 years old) I couldn't be happier. The car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. There isn't a better body shop on the island. (Headlights are different due to awaiting custom parts for a custom headlight retrofit)
I can’t thank Ernie’s enough for their help! My car was hit while parked in April and we decided to use Ernie’s for the first time based on reviews we had seen. Tammy is a wonderful, helpful person who made this somewhat annoying experience into a much more pleasant experience! We never felt like they were being untruthful in their advice and Tammy even spoke to the insurance company on our behalf to get more money per day for a rental. Hopefully I don’t have to go back to the shop anytime soon for repairs, but if I do, at least I know things will be taken care of. Service: Body & Trim
Ernie & Team do exactly as their motto says: "At Ernie's Auto Body You are Never Just a Customer ... You are Part of The Family!" My wife and I were AMAZED how friendly, honest, and helpful Ernie, Tammy, and Julia were. They really treat you like family. I was unlucky getting into a car accident, but was very fortunate to pick Ernie's Auto Body shop to tow my car away from harm's way quickly. They provided me valuable guidance throughout the repairs and insurance process from the start to finish, and even though I did not end up repairing my car, it was because Ernie was more looking after my interests than his own even though he would have benefited more had he repaired the car. If I ever have to again, I will definitely come back to Ernie's as they have earned my trust! Ernie, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!
