I have a smart car and needed someone to look at it. First I took it to the dealership and they were looking for problems where there were none. Since I didn't know any mechanic, I followed the reviews and deive it from Manhattan because were very attentive and willing to help. They told me what the problem was and instead of spending thousands at Mercedes, it cost me less than 1k, which I believed it was fair. I spoke to them on the phone, were honest about the costs and kept me updated on the progress. I'll certainly be going back and/or recommend.
