Very pleased. The main reason I went to High Grade Auto Body was relatively minor. A piece of plastic trim inside the car, below the passenger's window, had separated from the door. Our regular repair shop said that really was work for an auto body shop. So I went to High Grade to see what they could do, since they're a local shop I'd seen many times in my travels. The boss checked it out and said he could try to glue it back down. I asked what it would cost, and he said $25. I couldn't argue with a price like that. So we set a date, and I went back. It didn't take long. While it was there, he even buffed out a mark on the side of the car that some knucklehead had put there with a shopping cart. When I got back, everything looked great. So I asked how much for everything, and he said he didn't want to charge me. He wasn't sure the glue job on that interior trim would last, "so how can I charge you?"
