I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Lia INFINITI Auto Repair & Service Center. Sami Da'wood could not have been more helpful, professional and communicative. Awesome experience.

The engine on my Infiniti, which I purchased at Lia Infiniti several years ago, seized and had to be towed to Lia Infiniti for repair/replacement. The friendly, professional staff at Lia Infiniti were great to work with. They took care of everything I needed and did a great job. My service advisor, Celeste Hill kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and the status of my repair. She was also instrumental is getting my repair covered under warranty. While I was not pleased with the service from Infiniti Roadside Assistance (which was useless and nonexistent) or from Infiniti's Extended Warranty Program, I could not be happier with the service from Lia Infiniti. Great service at a fair price every time! Recent brake job and NYS inspection on my QX60 were completed on time and at a similar price as quoted by a "discount" brake repair shop. Michael Bingham was wonderful! He thoroughly explained the repairs, was in frequent contact with updates on my vehicle, and followed up afterward to ensure all of my car's service needs were addressed. I highly recommend Lia Infiniti's service department. It's great to know that manufacturer factory parts and dealership service doesn't need to break the bank!
