These guys were great. I thought their price was high after they called me back with an estimate on the work I knew needed to be done, so I asked them to give me some time while I called around. No sass, no nonsense they told me to call back when ready. Price was right on the market for other shops for the same work. Completely impressed by their honesty and integrity. The Lexus dealer quoted me a high price for brakes and one of my co-workers suggested that I get an estimate from Nirelli's. Thank God I did. Nirelli's said I still had about 40-50% of brake pad left and they said they wouldn't recommend changing all of that at this time. Not only that but they took pictures and showed me exactly what they were talking about. They did all of that without charging me anything! It is so hard to find an honest mechanic so glad I found one. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!
