Tried calling to make an appointment to get my BMW serviced/ diagnosed to figure out the issue I’m having . Whichever clown answered the phone tells me to a Go to a Bmw dealership as if they don’t even care to take in a new customer . They “specialize” in foreign made vehicles yet turn down customers asking to make an appointment for service . Terrible customer service . I said I wanted to get my car diagnosed he replies “ your car is dying? “. These guys are an absolute joke

Was told off by a short angry man with a goatee. Basically said he “won’t do the work because he doesn’t want to do it twice”, assuming that I don’t know what the correct parts are for my vehicle. After assuring the fella I know what I have and want, he asked me to bet $1,000 that I really do. Maybe next time take my business and you’ll get your 1,000 bucks ;)

This is my go to mechanic. I’ve been going here for 2.5 years after shopping for a decent mechanic. I had some ok experiences elsewhere but still wasn’t thrilled with any particular mechanic. But, I finally made it to k&a and Jerry has taken excellent care of my car, my wife’s car, and us in general. He never overcharges us. He’s very honest about what he thinks is going on and what the options to fix it are. He knows how to treat his customers. Would highly recommend you make him your mechanic. Great work!
