It's hard to find a trusted, reliable, ethical auto service but Galaxy checks all the boxes! Quality customer service too. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely come back if/when needed.

We went there for my son's older car which we had just purchased. I don't think we will be going back. It wasn't a total rip-off but I do feel somewhat taken advantage of. We went in for warranty work and ended up paying almost $250. They charged us $70 for tire balancing and then told us that the rims were bent so it was pointless to balance the tires. That would have been nice to know before spending $70 on the balancing. We also paid a much higher diagnostic fee then most other places charge which was totally unexpected. When I asked them to look the car over to see if there was any other warranty work that needed to be done, I never expected the diagnostic fee on top of all the other face we were paying anyway. It ended up so that the warranty only covered $20 and we paid the rest.

The mechanics replaced the struts on my car for a very reasonable price, and threw in a tire rotation free of charge all in the same day I brought the car in! I highly recommended Galaxy Auto. Service: Auto maintenance
