If you are in WNY and have a Landrover, this is the ONLY place you are going to want to go whether it is for an oil change or major engine repair. After a horrible experience at Landrover Buffalo, I found this place on Google. The service is amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jake who always goes the extra mile to answer my questions, find the parts needed at reasonable prices and will show you in person why the repair is needed. The technicians will talk to you here and show/give you the defective part they took out of your car. Any auto place that does that is one you know you can trust. I have been to MANY Landrover dealers and repair shops all across America and whether you are passing through or live in the area, this is Buffalo's #1 spot for Landrovers! Be warned though that they do not have shuttle service or lenders, and their waiting room is not something to be desired. 2011 Q5 air conditioning was not working on this recently purchased suv. Jake got my sons car in to check out A/C system. They checked system within the hour had an answer for us. Although not good news it needs a compressor and has a leak in system. There was no charge which is amazing in todays market. A dealership will charge $130 just to look and diagnose. Jake was honest and professional. The shop is clean and organized. Will be back for any of our Audi needs Thank you Jake!!!!!
