I have been going to Bison for repairs for over 5 years and have had consistent, reliable, and honest service. They keep you updated on their progress with photos, texts, and calls so you always know what's going on with your vehicle. Rates have always been on par with invoice and market labor costs. It can be difficult for a non-car savvy person to find a good mechanic and they are one of the good ones. My vehicle is showing its age and over the past several years, I've had repairs on brakes, rotors, suspension, a/c, along with regular maintenance and all of their repairs have stood the test of time. I have never had any unnecessary recommendations or premature returns to the shop. The technicians are skilled and take pride in their work and Bob the owner will keep you apprised every step of the way. The staff is prompt and really personable. Explanation of the work performed was clear and thorough. Bob, Charlie, and the rest of the gang continues to provide excellent customer service each and every visit, but the real unsung heroes are the crew in back that actually turn the wrenches and in the detail shop. Absolutely the best !! Such a busy place, was able to fit me in after calling around most of the morning. Followed by I had gotten lost in the city to said appointment.
