Sam's Auto Body Shop

Hello everyone first let me say that somebody sideswiped my car in New York City and when I went to work I didn't recognize my vehicle. Geico referred me to Sam Auto body who did wonderful work. I took my vehicle back in September I expressed I needed a suspension check, brake pads, rotors, a tune up, check the sway bar. I received a call that all of the above I didnt need. I SAID GIVE ME A TUNE UP ANYWAY. They found 2 leaks-THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK UP MY CAR THEY CALLED WITH THE SECOND LEAK, change the engine cover, replace 3 wipers, a sway bar/oil change. I asked him about the suspension, rotors. They stated those were good and I need to drive my car. I dont drive my car often, he said to drive it to get the rust off the rotors. Yesterday I took my car back for an inspection almost 300 miles and 6 weeks later and was told to go next door for an inspection and the mechanic explained I needed an inspection. I didn't pass because they said the ball joint need replacing asap. I

I have never left an auto body shop feeling more secure and confident. This is what auto repair should feel like but never does. They were there to help and were generous with their expertise and time. This will be my go to shop from here on out, and it should be yours!
