They are very professional and honest about what needs to be done to the vehicle. They are also timely- when they give you a time and day to pick up your car will be ready. What I appreciated most is that Mark took the time to explain what the car needed and wasn't condescending about it. I have a 2018 Audi Q7. I went to the dealership as the car started shaking badly, check engine light was on, car was getting over heated. The dealership gave a list that would total over $12,000 to fix. I freaked out. went to a local mechanic, who got me even more scared, he said my car computer has failed, too may issues, and suggested go back to the dealer for repair. Well, I goggled "AUDI REPAIR NEAR ME" and L&M popped up. Taking the car to Bill @ L&M has been the best decision I made. They fixed the entire car in a few days, cost half the price as the dealer, car runs very smooth now, was worth every penny. They fixed all electrical problems, new sensors, new water pump, tune up, brakes, rotors, oh and a free inspection. I highly recommend.
