This Place is a RIP OFF if you can possibly go ANYWHERE else GO. The customer service is HORRIBLE they over charge you for their service and they make you come back several times because they did not do what you requested correct the first time. They tell you prices over the phone and then when you get there it is a different thing. Please go somewhere else where you can get it fixed one time and your car is good and for a great prices because this place is not it. It will have you waiting all day also for your car when just needing a simple service.

My boss referred me there from his friend and once I got there it felt uncomfortable the place is one way street, so no way to park and they check the car with multiple guys coming out and no where to really check the car. I knew I was having a small leak of my coolant and one of the guys never really checked under the hood Thoroughly. They NEVER did any diagnostic test to figure out the real problem for the leak. When it got there they couldnt really show me where but they just assume it was my radiator with the problem. I felt desperately to get it fixed, and they could tell, so Once they came out they told me the job would be $400. I thought to myself too expensive and no proof that my radiator was truly damage. They told me it wouldnt be ready till 6pm or tomorrow. I told them I'll just go to a shop around my area because I couldnt wait and the price seem unfair. I took it to another mechanic In the bronx.
