My experience with East Collision was above and beyond excellent. Paul and his team made me feel very comfortable during the process. Paul was always available to answer any questions I had, and was more than happy to explain the insurance process, the repairs, and even provided transportation to pick up my Enterprise rental. Once my vehicle was repaired I could not believe how immaculate it looked, it’s as if I picked it up from the dealership the day I purchased it. I have never experienced professionalism this high from any type of repair service and would 1000% return in the future. I would very highly recommend if anyone in the New York area or beyond is looking for excellent service, very professional work, great communication, and peace of mind. They made the whole process much better than I expected. The turnaround time was quick. I think the owner is genuinely kind and not out there to charge anything more than what it really costs. My impression is that the business is honest and ethical. Strongly recommend! They even detailed the car. Would 10/10 recommend! My car looks immaculate!! This service was amazing and efficient!! This is the only place to go for repairs!!!
