My experience with East Collision was excellent. Paul and his team go out of their way to make sure you get the best quality service. Paul was very professional, he explained in detail the process of repairing my car, in addition handling and communicating with the insurance company. Paul provided transportation so I was be able to go to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. Also, getting and receiving updates on my car progress was very simple and painless. Paul and his team are beyond amazing. My car was hit while parked by a drunk driver that left the scene. I was super stressed as you could imagine. I went to East collision and spoke to Paul he was empathetic and very helpful. He made the process as stress-free as possible. He took care of all the paperwork and constantly kept me informed of what was going on with my car. In the end, I was very happy with the work they did on my car it looked brand new!!! I recommend this collision shop to everyone!!
