great service, and fantastic paint job

I would like to begin by saying, this shop doesn't deserve any stars, and they also go by I&S Autobody shop. My mother was referred to this shop to fix her brand new Leased 2017 Acura ILX due to an accident. After going through insurance, estimate and all the other tedious information, the vehicle was dropped off and the shop stood with the vehicle for about 7-10 days. Upon retrieval of the vehicle, we noticed the vehicle was not repaired the way it should have been, neither the parts were purchased. The hood that was supposed to get replaced, was not, it was the same cracked hood on the vehicle, fender, grille and lights were still the messed up, scratched ones from the collision incident. This estimate was almost $6000. When my mother spoke with Sean via telephone and let him know the vehicle was not fixed, and asked for her check back, he refused.
