However, Nelson Auto Repair recommended its replacement. Subsequently, even after the installation of a new alternator by Nelson, the persisting issue remains. This situation suggests an incorrect diagnosis by Nelson Auto Repair, accompanied by inaccuracies and financial implications, as the provided service did not effectively address the problem at hand. Very fair price with good work.

We recently experienced very poor customer service as a result of misdiagnosed issue. He charged us for a service and part that was never the issue and upon payment he refused refund or a resolution to the issue. We are left in a worst place than initially.
