I stopped by yesterday about trying to fix a flat and was told they didn't have time, but if I brought it in early the following morning they should be able to take care of it right away. I asked what time they opened and was told 7:30. I told my wife to show up before 7:30 to be there early, which she did and there were 2 people in line ahead of her. When it was her turn, they told her it would be a couple of hours before they could get to it because there was 5 cars ahead of her. They also stated another employee was showing up late so it may not take as long. She asked if she would lose her spot if she went to drop of our kids at summer camp, they gave her an option to make an appointment but since it would "only be a couple of hrs or less" she decided to leave the car. Needless to say it took all day to fix a flat and my wife missed an entire day of work because she was told a couple of hours. The battery in one of my cars completely died while it was parked in my garage, so I drove down to the nearest Sun Auto Service in a different car to see what could be done with it under the warranty. I showed my receipt to Daniel Zepeda and he suggested that I just simply bring the battery down for an exchange rather than trying to jump start my car and driving it down to the shop. This was much easier to do being I'd have to jump start my car from outside the garage and risk stalling out on the way to the shop. Plus I didn't have to wait around to get the battery changed or do a possible alternator test. Once I got to Sun Auto with my battery, it only took a few minutes of paperwork and I was out the door. I wish all my auto shop experiences could be this great. I'd highly recommend this place.
