Collision works far exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job on the repairs of my vehicle, kept me informed during the entire process, and showed great customer service and care with all my interactions. They were patient when I ran into a time constraint issue with picking up the vehicle and even waived storage fees when they heard and understood my predicament. They did a great job immediately identifying the correct paint color and putting that on their quote to Geico. While the color is identified thru the VIN, it's still a difficult 'special order color' chosen by the dealer. The clear coating over multiple surfaces is sleek but not so shiny it stands out from the other body panels. Replacement of a roof rack rail, small cosmetic pieces and windshield w/rear view mirror attachments was done flawlessly. Jose Perez provided us with top-notch professional service. He kept in contact regularly, answered questions I had and worked with our scheduling needs. Upon reporting to Geico, they suggested two repair shops.
