Tire Works

I usually have good experiences with Tire Works as I've been going to them for years. This time was no different. I had taken my car in for an overdue oil change a few weeks ago and the rep let me know that my front axles were leaking grease. I wasn't able to afford the repair right away because I had just started a new job. The rep advised me that I could still drive my car but that I should really consider getting the repair done as soon as possible to avoid any accidents caused by the wear and tear on my axles. I told them that I would order the parts myself and they assisted me with the info on which parts I would need and provided me with an estimate on the labor. They also advised me of the option to use Snap, which is a financing option for people like me with bad credit. Thankfully, I was approved for just enough to cover the labor costs and the quote wouldn't expire for 60 days. It took me about 5 weeks to catch up on things, in which time I ordered the parts from RockAuto. I

Was very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Staff was awesome and professional. Will definitely go back there with any future tire needs.

I pulled up to get some air on my tires. And I found out I had a nail. These guys were great, they patched me up for free. All with an excellent customer service
