Tire Works

We were in Vegas for vacation and came across an issue with one of our tires. Richard was very helpful and ended we needed 4 tires. He researched the best tire for the value, got the tires in and had us ready to roll in about 1.5hrs. We were able to leave the area as planned thanks to him and the team.

I called Tireworks ( Cactus/Decatur) 3x because I was disconnected the first 2x. I finally talked to Chris on the 3rd call and I was able to get a quote of $120 for oil change for my Tundra. I asked him should I make an appointment with him or go to the internet to make the appointment? He told me "No just Walk in and we will be able to do it". I asked him, "Are you Sure?" He said " Yes, we have a full crew, we can do it" On the next day I showed up and to my surprise I was turned away because they were too busy. I told the attendant at the front that Chris told me just to walk in and it wont be any problem. I asked for Chris but Chris just ignored me when he walked passed by. He didn't want to talk to me and pretended he didn't see me. I was getting a little annoyed but I didn't want to make a scene since I have my 3 young kids with me. Chris at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. I pulled in minutes before closing with a large nail in my tire. Feeling bad they were clearly about to close I told him I would just put on the spare and come back in the morning. I Chris said that was not necessary and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. I really appreciate the professionalism in turning what would have been a big problem into just a minor nuisance. Thanks Cactus Tire Works team.
