Had a great experience getting new tires. The staff was excellent in finding the best tires for the car. The techs also took wonderful care with the installation. Ted Wiens is definitely the go to place for tires and service.
I went in thinking I had an engine problem and it was only the radiator caps that needed to be changed. The mechanic Russ was great, he was thorough in diagnosing the problem, he took time and explained everything to me in simple terms to help me understand the problem and was patient and professional. Highly recommend Russ if you're taking your car to Ted Weins !! Thank you so much Russ and Aaron ???????? !!!
Great service by each individual working at TW! Everyone was professional and courteous. The work done on my vehicle was performed timely and I am so grateful to have working AC! I wish I could remember the names of the 3 handsome men that assisted me????
