Steve and Ed are some of the best guys I’ve worked with. They run a tight shop and have given excellent service while I’ve dealt with some issues getting my engine back to running the way it’s supposed to. As a new customer, this was my first service experience with Sun Auto. Throughout many years of experience with auto service businesses, this was, by far, one of the best! It all starts with the Manager, Steve Caria, who is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and one of the best customer service managers I have ever seen, and I have seen and managed a lot! Furthermore, Steve's positive qualities are reflected throughout every member of his team, including the pride they take in ensuring their customers are driving safe automobiles as a result of the high quality work they perform. Steve also patiently took the time to make sure that my wife and I completely understood all necessary details of the service being provided and were able to make a cost-effective decision. These guys were super nice and made me feel welcome and informed about my car’s needs. They took care of everything last minute and I got my car back within 3 hours! They were very responsive and fairly priced as well! Would totally recommend and will definitely be coming back.
