Walked in and waited ten minutes for the lady to get off the phone and even acknowledge my presence. Then she was rude and very unhelpful. So i turned around and walked out.????
- DO NOT HESITATE - Rob and the Pro Collision Team know what they are doing and will work with you to get the best service. In my personal experience, I'd been rear ended into another vehicle and the insurance companies had been debating liability for over a month. My 2016 Ford Fusion was still "drivable", but with plenty of damage to the front and rear. Rob worked with the insurance company to reduce my deductible until I had to pay nothing for all my repairs. To this day the insurance companies are still investigating factors to determine liability, but my vehicle has been fixed with the help of Pro Collision.
Robert is amazing. He fixed my bumper in 2 days (1 day was for waiting for parts). They dont mess around here. I originally took my car to King collision on Badura. It took 4wks for them to email me to tell me they still dont have the parts (For an Accord?) Robert is my hero! Service: Body & Trim
