MVR Auto Repair

I brought our car to the shop for a warranty repair. They fixed the issue I brought it in for. When we got it back it was making a screeching sound so I called back. They were able to have it covered under warranty and not have to pay a second deductible. They are communicative and honest and will take my other cars here for service in the future. Just want to put this out there i took my brothers tahoe to mvr auto and paid them a diagnostics fee of 135.oo to find out why it was pulling to the right. They gave me an estimate of 4800.00 to fix the problem. I took it to tire tech and had a 55 point inspection done for free and found that the problem was a front tire so I got two new tires and the problem was fixed. Dont take your car to mvr in Vegas they will take your money and I would never take my truck to them ever again. Lesson learned. Also want to point out none of my front end suspension needed to be replaced and my plugs and wires were only 6 months old and my shocks had less than ten thousand miles on them since m r themselves put on. All this can be backed up from my new mechanic I found last year who put new plugs in it. Mvr took advantage of a disabled senior

Decided to give MVR Auto Repair a try after trying out several different auto shops and being pretty unhappy with all of them. Other repair shops boast "same day service," which is awesome in theory, IF the job is done CORRECTLY and FULLY. It doesn't do me any good to be able to pick up my car same day I dropped it off, only to find the problem isn't fixed, which is what has happened to me in the past. Ardi was very courteous, attentive, and informative when we explained what we needed done. We dropped off my car, he called me a bit later with the results of the diagnostics test. I needed a bit of work done and the price was competitive with other shops. He ended up keeping my car for a few days (plus the weekend) because he wanted to keep testing everything to make sure everything they worked on was actually fixed before I picked it up.
