Second time coming here and Chris the service advisor is amazing! He explains things and doesn't just talk to his customers like they don't know anything. Definitely recommend St rose location! And will continue to go there for all my car needs!

I can't say anything about their actual mechanics since they never did the job. I went in for an air conditioner diagnostic since mine was not running cold air before 9am. The guy at the front desk wrote up everything, I approved the work order. Then i asked if they would have it done by 2 since i had to pick up kids from school. He said no so i said can i take the truck until they were ready. Told me they would call me As soon as they were ready. 5 hours to run air diagnostic is insane for one. Second they never called me back. They must not like working or that place must be the busiest in town. Called AutoNation repair, they were at my house within an hour and got the air conditioner fixed.

The customer service at this Meineke location was great. Took my car in for an oil change and inspection of coolant system (strong suspicion of a leak). Chris and team confirmed my suspicion, and addressed the issue through repair the same day. I was very pleased with the service and attention to fixing my vehicle the same day. Service: Oil change
