I came to Meineke after visiting Purrfect auto to have work done. My grandma was having issues with her AC and I needed to figure out what the problem was. Purrfect auto told me that they found the problem I paid $800 for them to fix the radiator fan and do an AC recharge. When I went to go pick up the car, it still was not blowing cold air. The air was room temperature. I took it back to them immediately and they ran another diagnostic. The next day they tell me that it’s another issue. When I went to confront them about the fact that they told me they knew exactly what the problem was but then suddenly they discovered an all new problem. They decided to inform me in that moment that an AC diagnostic is a two-part job. They have to recharge the AC before they can run the diagnostic. Basically, what happened is they recharge the AC but never ran the diagnostic after and sent me on my way. While attending a National Dance Competition in Las Vegas for our granddaughter, our SUV suddenly started emitting smoke and leaking an unidentified fluid late on Thursday night. It was crucial for us to have our vehicle repaired promptly, not only to ensure our granddaughter wouldn't miss any of her dances but also to facilitate our journey back home. As one can imagine, having to unexpectedly rent a car on top of our travel expenses was far from ideal. Consequently, we conducted a search for an auto shop that operated on Saturdays, just in case additional time was necessary to fix the SUV. Luckily, we came across Meineke, a remarkably professional establishment that swiftly acquired the necessary part and completed the repair before their closing time on Friday. We are immensely grateful that we only needed to rent a car for a single day! Our gratitude knows no bounds for Meineke and their competent staff, who provided us with exceptional service in a timely manner.

I scheduled an inspection, unfortunately forgot to grab the form. I called before my appointment to see if they could print it for me (it is easily located online) but Brittany said NO WAY, I TOLD YOU TO HAVE IT PRINTED. I asked if they could suggest a print shop nearby and she said NO! I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said NO ONE ELSE IS HERE. So I called another auto service chain down the street, they were able to get me in immediately and happily printed the form in two seconds, no questions asked. I will never again seek service from Meineke and will surely warn others away. Everyone knows customer service is important and anyone tasked to answer phones should be helpful and accommodating, NOT lazy, immature and accusatory.
