I took my car here because my warranty company sent me here. I had the codes checked and it said cylinder 1 misfire. I also told them what the car was doing to cause the check engine like to come on. Mark the manager said he was the only European certified tech. He told me I can’t pick and choose what I want done on MY car because “that’s not how diagnostics work.” He then talked me into doing the no credit check financing , and when I got my car back the next day , the issue that caused the check engine light was still happening. I brought it back and he said they tweaked something and the problem was worse when I drove home. Then he changes the engine filter, same problem. Then states he overlooked everything cuz he thought it was the transmission, so he changed the high pressure fuel pump , after he test drove it, he was stranded in my car. Now he says I need a cyclinder repair or new engine. My car has been there for 2 weeks and now doesn’t even turn on at all & can’t be driven. Wh

Highly recommend! Took great care, moved very fast. Mark is your man. I have ram promaster high roof (9 ft tall) they were able to lift it no problem ( very few in Vegas can). I came in with a noise issue and some other concerns and they were able to start right away to find the issue. Ended up being tensioner and belt, but also uncovered struts, shocks, a leak and more. 48 hours later they completed everything, kept me in the loop the whole time, and even were able to work with my extended warranty to cover much of it. Better yet - I had called the ram dealer and they were weeks out from having the parts needed. Wow. Saved me weeks, money, and headache. Highly recommend! Mark will take care of you!

Mark does incredible work and looks to always do what is best for the customer. Beyond grateful to him and his teams work every single time. Glad to find a shop close by and able to avoid the sharks at the dealership that look to rake your pockets. Anytime I need work without a second thought I head to them. Great talent, Great Service!
