I went for an oil change and inspection to prepare for a road trip. Everything was good but I should come back for a scheduled maintenance issue (coolant flush). The next day I made an appointment to have it done before my trip. They were up front and honest about what I would need but no pressure or scare tactics to convince me. The people are very nice and accommodating. I'll take my other car in for service when I get back from this trip. Service: Auto maintenance

My experience was pleasant I made an appointment online and it was honored when I showed up. Andrew was welcoming and easy to talk my concerns about my car too. I really like that estimates are sent to my phone for approval and that the process was explained in details. All in all it’s a good trust worthy place to have your car checked out. According to the full synthetic oil change package that I had purchased, a tire rotation was supposed to be included. Unfortunately, it was never done. Now I was wondering if they really used a full synthetic oil and not the synthetic blend. I will never have my vehicle serviced at this location anymore or maybe at any Meineke shop. Greatly disappointed.
