My BMW 430i met with an accident and I took it to industry auto it took a while to repair because of supply chain from Germany but the owner made it like a brand new car didn’t had any issue afterwards. The guy in the phot is the owner and a super nice guy, professionalism at its best. Helped me with everything including insurance. Honestly this was the first time we have tried to come here and it was not a good experience. Setting up the appointment was easy. However, we were supposed to receive a text if our appointment wouldn’t work the day before. As we are literally driving to our appointment today we get a call saying they are too busy to see us. Not too busy for our appointment but too busy until next week. This is beyond frustrating especially since it is not close to home.

* Good quality * Honest and professional * Fast Highly recommend. I took my GTI yesterday to get an estimate for a minor bumper repair. Anthony and team looked at it and got it fixed in minutes and did not take a penny for the work. Thanks Anthony. It took a few mins of their and time and labor to get it done but they were nice enough to not charge me for it while this other place quoted $1000-$1500 and wanted to totally replace my bumper and said that’s the only way to fix it. This just shows how trust and honesty is important for auto repair shops. You can trust the team at Industry Auto Collision Center and they do a great job!
