1 star for the customer service of the lady answering the phone. I could barely get out a full sentence before she would interrupt and speak over me. It’s difficult to have a productive and effective conversation when you cannot finish a complete sentence before being spoken over. Also, be mindful that they do not work on all hybrids. If you do not see your specific vehicle name on their website, they do not work on it, even if it’s a hybrid.

Great people and prices. They are honest which is hard to find nowadays. They gave me upfront pricing and my car was ready the next day. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future and recommend my friends and family!
