FANTASTIC! I called Vincent and spoke with him about my 2016 Buick Encore A/C not blowing cold, he gave me a ballpark estimate. I went to another repair shop for an estimate, and made a call to Seigner Buick, left a voicemail, my call was never returned. I was so hot I had to do something. I fill out the request for a quote from Executive Auto and received a written estimate right away. Paid the 50 percent down to secure my next day appointment. Vincent was on time, he got me cool again in under an hour in the comfort of my own home. I ask you why would anyone go through the rig-a-ma-roll elsewhere.
