Dustin is a great mechanic and I'm really glad I found his shop on google. I brought him my 2014 GTI and he was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. I really appreciated that he sent me pictures and video updates throughout the whole process. He was able to take my car on short notice and did everything he could to fix it up for me quickly. He is definitely not the type of mechanic that tries to take advantage of people which was incredibly refreshing. As someone who has worked at multiple dealerships, I know how difficult it can seem to find an honest mechanic. Dustin's no BS approach immediately put me at ease. Dustin is awesome to work with! We bought a car from a private seller and soon realized there was a lot more wrong with it than we anticipated. He did an initial inspection and gave us "best case / worst case" scenarios, which let us know if we should go ahead with the repairs. Then he did the deep dive and kept us informed the entire way through. Luckily it landed in the middle of the two and we don't feel completely in the hole with this car. It now runs amazingly well!!

I went to see Dustin this morning because my A/C was not working. It was such a great experience. He was helpful, quick and informative. He took his time to check all possible causes and was able to fix my A/C. He also noticed my oil was leaking and checked the issue. Thankfully the oil drip was just a minor issue caused by a bad oil change at one of the major oil change companies. Dustin was able to take care of that as well. I will be taking my car to Dustin for all future oil changes and repairs to ensure it is done right.
