Shout out to the guys at Big Brand tire service on lamb and Washington. You did an amazing job working with me answering questions I had and just over all great communication. I found out my regular oil service company hadn't been changing my oil filter, so that was concerning. Biron was thorough, changed my filter and help let me know what I need to get worked on in the near future. I appreciate you guys. You have a new customer for life thank you!

DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. The only reason other than not having a choice to give them the one star is because they were never rude when talking to them. I sent my mom there to get a simple oil change . They stripped the drain plug then broke it . Even then they said nothing. Mom overheard workers plus one mentioning how they broke it off. They tried to cover it up and send on way. There was a leak so went back. The manager Jeremy had another enlarged drain plug to try and fix the problem. It ended up still leaking and at this point it needs a new pan that this store refuses to do. And if they do it'll be for a ridiculous price even though they are in the wrong not having followed rules and regulations. I regret sending my mom there and can only hope to save everyone from going there too .

Best service I’ve received in Vegas! Very fast service u arrived as soon as they opened for an oil change and they took my car in… I was out of there within 30minz and I went during a promotion so my oil change was free!! Thank you so much
