So sad i'm having to write this review. Every time I think of this company, I always associate them with good customer service and repair. Always friendly staff and the owner is always pleasant. I've even referred a few of my friends to them over the years. But not on this day, definitely wasn't expecting what I can easily describe as the worst experience ever in an auto shop. So I brought in my car around 9.30am for a faulty passenger window. Guy at the desk took my car in, said he was going to call me within the next few hours to let me know what the problem was. Didn't hear from him until the last hour of the end of the day, told me there was a $382 diagnostic fee to go pull open the door and see what the issue is. Ok, asked why he didn't tell me this when I dropped of the car in the morning, he started to have an attitude and I asked if it was still possible to have it diagnosed the same day. He said No. Then I told him I was coming to pick up the car since I was going out for to
