It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust with your vehicle- and we were looking for a new mechanic. We got recommended to come here and they did not disappoint! We needed our brakes checked, and it turns out the front pads needed replacing. It was quick and affordable, and they even let us know about another issue that needed attention. We got both issues taken care of and it didn't break the bank. The customer service and attention to detail were fantastic and we will absolutely return if work is needed in the future. Our family of 5 (3 kids under 3) is heading west from Kentucky on our way to Yuma, AZ (our new home). Our emergency light went on as we drove through Albuquerque and, thankfully, we pulled into Zia Automotive. Not only did they take care of our issue in a timely manner and perform excellent service, but they also went far beyond in a way that our family will always remember. They managed to shuttle our family, including 3 pack and plays and all of our stuff to the hotel so that we could safely stay until our car was ready. I cannot even imagine how different circumstances would have been had the engine light gone on literally anywhere else within 100 miles or so in either direction. I came through NM with car trouble! Very concerned, I inched my way to Albuquerque for best possible auto repair/servicing options. I was delighted to discover the 36 mo. warranty & with Chuck/Dave was able to resolve outstanding issues using Zia's Vehicle Inspection offer/service. It met my needs, although I originally sought a different service. I was then thrilled by the responsiveness & eagerness of BOTH to immediately address a secondary concern (a non-issue) the next morning! Dave was thorough & explained the mechanics in a meaningful way. Then, after I deferred one item to site see using my now "wonderful" vehicle Dave stayed on to do a simple part installation & it was the night before Father's day! I am now committed to NAPA Auto Centers based upon the transparency, turnaround time(s) & Chuck/Dave's commitment to top tier service.
