This is updated from the 4 stars i gave it. This place neeeds to check AND double check their diagnostics . I paid for service that wasn't needed. Then after the work is done and paid for, they retract the original findings, telling you " it wasn't that problem, it's this problem. It will cost extra dollars more." Be careful having your car serviced here.

Scheduled an appointment for service in advance for 100K maintenance and other minor issues. Master’s Touch performed all required maintenance checks and research a strange issue where the system was reporting the car needed a quart of oil added multiple times since the last oil change. They identified a Volvo Service bulletin on this issue requiring changing the oil viscosity to use from 0W30 to 0W20, replacing the Oil trap assembly and a software update. In addition to that good find, He identified a broken Engine Mount. I was able to get the necessary services done the same day as promised and will follow-up on som that could wait. They provided information on the risks of waiting without high pressure sales tactics often employed by dealerships. Master’s Touch Staff are experts on Volvo repairs. I highly recommend them. Volvo was diagnosed with issues that were preexisting from previous attempts to get vehicle serviced. All issues were described to me and fixed. Older vehicle-- so not running like new, but pretty darn close--REALLY good. Very happy with results of service! Fair, competitive rates.
