Pat here is great! He replaced our Volvo’s alternator very quick and went above and beyond with customer service. He talked through getting the correct part at the best price possible and even matched a lower price at another part distributor in order to fix it a week earlier than expected. We also needed a battery jump pack to get the car to him and he let us borrow that. Great experience here!
The owner is very nice, accommodating and didn't do work that is unnecessary. Very efficient and helpful
The guys at R&Z are some of the best mechanics I've come across over my lifetime. I'm someone who typically doesn't let anyone touch my vehicle - these guys are the exception. They have always been honest, they give me reasonable and realistic options and they are both knowledgeable and trustworthy. These guys replaced my catalytic converter and a CV shaft in one afternoon!
