It’s not easy for me to write this poor review but I am left without a choice. I went in to had a lift kit installed on my Ram. I made it clear several times this vehicle had the air suspension system and they said “no problem!”. After I was quoted a $600 dollar estimate, they called me back to say it would be $1400. I tried declining it but finally agreed on $1100 since they already had the truck somewhat torn apart. In hindsight, I should have walked away. As soon as I left their shop after the work was finished, I noticed the air suspension system not working properly and they asked me to drive it and let it calibrate for a while. Well, after several visits back to their shop and driving it for months it’s still the same and they are pretty much telling me too bad so sad and to take it to the dealer and see what they can do. My main problem and frustration is that I tried to be as clear as possible before they did the work and it’s apparent they don’t have the expertise to be instal
