This place rocks! I brought my Jeep into the Central Ave location for a much-needed tune up, including a tire rotation and balance, engine and cabin filter changes, and a 20 point inspection. Kellby gave me a very accurate - and reasonable! - quote over the phone when I scheduled my appointment. I got a text reminder the day before my appointment. I dropped my car off at 10 am, and the original guesstimate was that it would be done at 2 pm, but it was done at noon! They even let me borrow a loaner car to run home really quick and retrieve my wheel lock that I'd forgotten to bring along (blonde moment!). I had a payment issue when I picked up my car, and Kellby accommodated me so kindly. This place is the gold standard when it comes to auto service. 10/10 mango rating! Take your car here for a "spa day" now!

The staff is exceptional. They were without question the most professional and competitively priced mechanic in town. Like most of us I only look for a mechanic when I need something and I broke a strut on a pot hole. This place made the experience painless, did a thorough inspection, found little things I knew needed fixing and I feel like I have a car that is ready to go now. I became a VIP member as I am someone that stays on top of my oil changes and the VIP membership is a no brainer. Everyone at the Downtown location is great and the lobby is easy to sit and work in if you can work remotely. I cannot say enough good things about Mango Automotive on Central in Albuquerque. Mike is a great guy who cared for us, our car and our situation. Repairs done efficiently, economically and always with a smile. Kelby answers the phone with a smile in her voice and is very helpful. Highly recommend.
