This is the place to go! JJ was absolutely amazing. I'm a young, single woman from out of state, needless to say, I was nervous about finding a place to bring my vehicle and not get swindled. After reading all the reviews for autoshops, I picked Familia Auto. Thank goodness I did! I called to make an appointment, but we ended up finalizing through text. As soon as I pulled up he was looking at the car, and remembered what we talked about on the phone. He talked me through everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable. And so did his shop dogs! He definitely makes you feel like a part of his family. His pricing was also super fair! He made an effort to save me money! I was happy to see the bill.
