Takes a little bit too long to be able to have work done. 3 weeks just for an appointment to get an estimate. 2 weeks to actually get the vehicle in the shop. 10 days in the shop to repair key scratches on the driver side of the vehicle. The overall experience with this company and handling my collision repair, was above par. Although there was a little speed bump along the way, it was rectified quickly by the individual handling the repair and I have absolutely no complaints about this company from customer service to quality repair.

I initially used this body shop because they were part of my insurance company's network and because of the excellent online reviews. After doing business with them, I can and will personally recommend them to others. The whole facility is beautifully maintained and equipped, and every staff member with whom I interacted provided great customer service. Chris, my technician, was a great listener who proactively addressed my concerns and kept me well informed throughout the repair process. The high quality of the repairs on my truck reinforced my confidence in this body shop and, should the need arise, I will use them for any future body shop work needed.
