This shop was such a life saver! I usually do my own oil changes, however, this time around I had a jammed/impacted drain plug that I was unable to remove and ultimately resulted in a striped drain plug. I was originally going to go to Firestone, but they wouldn’t have been able to see my car till Wednesday (5 days later when I called to inquire) and I NEED my car for the work I do (rideshare). They also put anxiety into me by saying my oil pan is “more than likely” damaged and it would be an expensive repair. It makes it really hard to trust the honesty of a mechanic, but These guys had my car on the lift as soon as I brought the car in and got the job done quickly and we’re very honest about the whole ordeal. My oil pan was perfectly fine and it was just a jammed/impacted drain plug. I’m convinced going to local shops will always be the best decision over going to a corporate owned shop.
