What a liar. I drove from Santa Fe. I got there at 7. First come first serve. I was told that they were not able to start my repair until tomorrow. What the f! What a joke! No I was fully aware. A previous customer wrote, "So I dropped in Tuesday afternoon hoping I might get lucky, but was told five times about their first come first serve policy. I told the clerk I would have to arrange for transport as I live in Los Lunas. I'd be back Thursday afternoon to drop off for Friday. When I got there Thursday afternoon the clerk told me they were taking vehicles for Monday as everybody dropped off their vehicles Thursday morning. He flapped a handfull of service tickets as evidence. Three or four apologies didn't get my work done. Really poor businss model. Glad to hear some of the people who had service there appreciated their work. I won't waste my time and diesel there again." Took my 2001 F250 in to get up pipes and a Turbo .They did what I asked them to do. Good service! UPDATE- developed a massive oil/fuel leak right after this service. Something was broken or cracked during the Turbo replacement. Was in the process of moving out of state and my mileage went down to less than 8mpg and left a puddle under the truck every time I stopped. Plus the turbo chatter was still there - so the new turbo didn't even help. Called to try to get them to look at it again when I came back to New Mexico for a few weeks, but they said they were weeks out and couldn't schedule me. I had to return across country with the leak getting worse as I traveled - and now down to 5mpg. This truck NEVER had a leak on it before, and this was the first time I trusted another mechanic to work on it. I'm an SAE certified mechanic, but had a knee and hip replaced, plus a back injury, and getting too old to crawl up to do this. I am beyond disappointed with their not standing behind their re
