Mavis Discount Tire

THEY ARE TRASH!!! Be careful what you buy on Groupon. I got tires put on September 28th, and I contacted them The same day to say they were wobbly. About 2 weeks ago, July 20th one shred on the Turnpike and almost had me in an accident. I call and leave a message asking about my warranty, and of course no one ever calls back. NOT EVEN A YEAR… this is unacceptable. And oh the way the owner was speaking to the new employee at the front desk who was still in training. Even if he was a seasoned employee, you don’t call him names and say he’s F’ing up, but in front of customers as if that okay to do at al,l is even worse.

As a long-time customer who has always been satisfied with this service, I am deeply disappointed with my latest visit. Having previously changed tires and repaired four sensors here, I was surprised by the treatment I received this time. When I visited the service center, thinking there was an issue with my car’s tire, they immediately suggested that I needed to buy new tires without even inspecting the vehicle or attempting to diagnose the problem. This was surprising as I know I have received repair services here before. However, the manager, ( He is name Steve)with a rather rude demeanor, insisted that I had never got any repairs done here and that they only sell tires, which was blatantly false as I had received repair services from another employee a few months ago. The manager’s focus on merely selling new products, disregarding customer satisfaction and accurate information, was deeply upsetting. This Mavis is close to where I live, but I had a bad experience many years ago and stopped coming. However when they changed management I gave them a try again. I’m happy to say that I bring both vehicles at home here for services when needed. Staff is friendly and will explain what is needed. When they can they will take care of you the same day. Today had a flat, my husband temporarily fixed it just enough to get to Mavis. They saw I needed to replace both rear tires for safety, and I did. Surprisingly the car was ready today ????. With a busy weekend ahead I could not be happier. Thank you Mavis team.
