RJ one auto repair

These guys are great. It's tough to find good mechanics anywhere around the city and even harder to find some that charge fair prices and RJ1 has both. There can be a slight language barrier at times which may lead to some miscommunication if you don't speak spanish, but they're honest and helpful. They've really gone the extra mile to help me with some troublesome problems I've been fighting with for a while on my Jeep. Thanks guys!

I brought my car into RJ ONE auto shop because of a hesitation during acceleration issue, engine light was on, and gas smell issue. Richard immediately diagnosed the issue. (Ignition coils, spark plugs, and filters needed replacement. They also replaced my brake pads because they were worn and screeching. He told me to purchase the parts that I needed and his mechanic and great guy Alberto installed them and promptly. I felt very comfortable and Richard would update me via text. When the repairs were done I tested the car and the problem was resolved and my car was running nice and smoothly. Richard was honest and that is all you ever want and expect from a mechanic. I will surely be bringing my car to RJ ONE AUTO REPAIR for all my future car repair needs. Thank you Richard and great work Alberto. Bless - GA

Went to RJ's with car leaking much coolant. It was late in the work day on the summer weekend, temperatures blazing. I experienced great customer service. Richard at RJ's spoke with me like a brother. He was knowledgable and to the point. He was very, very honest which I appreciated most of all. He let me know my coolant tank was broken needed to be changed, but they couldn't deal with it that day because they were blown out . Told him I had to get back to Brooklyn. He gave me a quote. Poured in some coolant, gave me clear instructions what to do to navigate the situation and make it home safely without getting stranded . I made it home safely without any issues, following his instructions . I recommend RJ's to anyone. I certainly agree with their statement " IN GOD WE TRUST ."
