Finding a good honest mechanic with good prices is very difficult. It is something that stresses people out. I've been living in Union City for almost 10 years and have always gone back to Queens to see my mechanic. But I knew it was time to find a mechanic that is closer. I took my car to Alfredo's to install front struts and links that I already had purchased on my own. He actually quoted me the exact price that my Queens mechanic quoted me. So I knew his price was fair. I went on a Saturday morning at exactly 8am when they opened. I was about the 5th person on line. They finished with my car at about 9:30am. So the turnaround was really fast and appreciated. The staff was very busy and this was during the heat wave. So that they did the work this fast is truly amazing. I also want to give kudos to Alfredo's son. He does a good job communicating with customers and organizing everything in the morning to make sure everything is done in an orderly manner. The “owner” is very rude and very cocky. DONT Come here, spent your hard earned money elsewhere. Full of the rats at place. Always do some research on the parts of your car.

He literally looted me he charged me 280$ for headlight installation, part prices were genuine just for the labour to install the light he literally asked me 200$ , I kept on asking him how much will it cost and he kept on saying something in Spanish and in the end he told me that much and still the fun fact is I got my own headlights and he was so slow on work it took him 2hrs to install Pathetic ????
