Shop was clean, safe. I was towed to them, they worked me in their schedule because I was driving from out of state. Located a respectable hotel for me to spend the night, finished the repair following morning and I was on my way. Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and professional.

I took my car here to get an oil change and the air conditioning fixed. After 4 hours, he told me that the temperature sensor needed to be replaced and that they didn’t have the part but would order it. I paid for everything upfront so I wouldn’t have to worry about it, my total came to about $300. Once the part came in, I dropped off my car. Another 4 hours later, and after the sensor has been replaced, the air conditioning was still not working. I was told that it was the “mother board” that needed to be replaced because it wasn’t reading the sensor correctly. Again, they did not have the part and had to order it. I was asked to place a $150 deposit on the part, so I did. The labor would be paid after services were rendered and would cost $300 in addition to the price of the part. A few days go by, and all the sudden my air conditioning starts working. I was eager to save the $300 so, I call them to let them know that when the part comes in I’ll just pick up the part but not get the
