I came into mega auto for an oil change and the process was very smooth. I was in and out very quickly and the staff was very courteous. I shared a few laughs with the technician and they gave me a good price. Will definitely come back again in the future.

My experience with Mega Auto Service is always 5 stars. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable on all car needs (performance, repair, emissions, etc.), and their prices are very fair. Any car issues have been able to be fixed with ease. Not only are the people at this shop nice, but they know what they are doing and genuinely care about their customers. I had requested the mechanic in the last bay to install O2 sensors. Went several times to confirm when I was bringing car in. On Sat when I bought arrived he asked me if I had the parts I said I'll be back in 5 mins. He gave me his phone# and said call in a couple of hours "I got you". I called back in 2hrs he said I will call in a hr. No call I texted 2 hrs later no reply back. I work weekends and had took off that day specifically to get car fixed. Went some place else had car done 1hr same day. If you cant do something or dont want to I have no problem with that, It's just a shame to waste someones time without being upfront.
