I have been going to Lloyd for years since he was in East Orange. My parents have also been going to him for years. We are very comfortable coming to him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, reasonable, honest and trust worthy. As long as he is in business I will continue coming to him.
#1 feeling i felt from getting a diagnostic tune up from Lloyds was that he was in my camp. He understood where I was coming from and evaluated and communicated my cars issues in order of necessity. Before any work was done he was on the phone with me explaining the labor being transparent. I wish more mechanics would be like this.
