Disgusting experience - didn’t think it was possible to be spoken to in such a vulgar manner. I kept looking for the hidden cameras thinking John Quiñones would pop out from behind a bush.

Called in advance to ask the price for an oil change, the person on the phone quoted me for $20 (as I was bringing my own oil and a filter), but after the service was done they asked me to pay $30. I thought bo big deal, maybe they made a mistake first time. Fast-forward 5-6 months later, I called again to get a price check on labour cost for oil change, the lady on the phone quoted me $125/hour ???? I said that’s more expensive than what dealerships charge. She started to explain that if it’s less than hour I’ll pay correspondingly, “but you know what ? you do you” and just hanged up the phone ????????‍♂️ Looks like you never know how much they’ll charge you for servicing your car, on top of being rude.

Glenn’s has serviced our cars 3 times recently. Each time I have been more than satisfied with the quality, professionalism, honesty and expertise of the service. I will be going back for all my repairs. They know what they are doing, charge a fair rate, and I can trust them to check my cars over. Josh and crew will find what needs to be done and not more.
